The U.S. Attorney’s Office has indicted Leland resident Pablo Mora Espinoza on one count of possessing cocaine with the intent to distribute and one count of an illegal alien in possession of firearms, according to a press release from the Brunswick County Sheriff’s Office.
Brunswick County Drug Enforcement Unit agents first arrested Espinoza in February on trafficking cocaine charges after an investigation in conjunction with the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE).
