I recently was shopping and came across a great deal on frozen entrees. It sure is tempting to buy a few and stock up for those days when I’m in a hurry or tired and really don’t have time to cook. But in the back of my mind, there was that nagging question: Are they good for us?
It’s no surprise frozen dinners are so popular. They’re fast, convenient, inexpensive and easy. With some of the newer entrées available, they can be a healthy choice and part of a balanced diet.
