BCH to host free seminar on stroke prevention

In the United States, nearly 740,000 people experience a stroke each year.  Join Richard Crane, M.D., of Brunswick Community Hospital, at a free seminar on Thursday, May 20, to learn more about how to prevent and recognize a stroke.
The seminar, which is part of Brunswick Community Hospital’s Focus on Health lecture series, will begin at 2:30 p.m. at the Brunswick Electric Community Room, 795 Ocean Highway, Shallotte. Light refreshments will be served.
