I know I sound like a broken record, but the fish is just about to start getting great. I’m as tired of it as you are. Hurry up and wait. Early spring is a trying time for offshore fishermen as the weather is feeling right, but the conditions just haven’t caught up yet. In particular, water temperatures take longer to adjust to the seasonal change, and as such, the majority of fish species that prefer 70-degree water are either staying south or are far offshore.
