Brunswick County grand jury meets, returns indictments on June 21

The Brunswick County Grand Jury under the direction of Judge Ola Lewis with prosecutor Rex Gore and courtroom clerk Kay Fowler returned the following indictments during a Superior Court session on July 21:

Steven Wayne Brown Jr., 19, of 162 Quail Place Drive, Winston-Salem; felony robbery with dangerous weapon, felony breaking and/or entering, felony larceny after breaking/entering.

Andraes Dequan Bryant, 19, of 4550 Blue Banks Loop Road, Leland; felony sell heroin, felony sell/deliver cocaine, felony possession with intent to manufacture/sell/deliver cocaine.

Michael Wayne Fasnacht, 27, of 1098 Mirror Lake, Southport; felony breaking and/or entering, felony larceny after breaking/entering.

Franklin Floyd, 68, 1704 Colon Mintz Road, Leland; felony maintain vehicle/dwelling/place controlled substance, two counts felony trafficking opium or heroin.

Jasmine Monque Hall, 22, of 409 N. 12th St., Wilmington; felony possession schedule I controlled substance.

Daniel Larek Hennessy, 22, of 127 NE 35th St., Oak Island; felony manufacture marijuana, possession drug paraphernalia.

Christopher Joseph Kelly, 16, of 3098 Shell Point Road, Shallotte; felony breaking and/or entering, felony larceny after breaking/entering.

Anna Dare Lewis, 17, of 250 Hill St., Winston-Salem; felony robbery with dangerous weapon, felony breaking and/or entering, felony larceny after breaking/entering.

April Marie Malpass, 30, 2997 Akers Circle, Leland; felony possession heroin, possession drug paraphernalia, felony possession with intent to manufacture/sell/deliver marijuana, felony possession with intent to manufacture/sell/deliver schedule III controlled substance, felony possession with intent to manufacture/sell/deliver schedule IV controlled substance, simple possession schedule II controlled substance.

James Seth McQueen, 26, of 305 NE 42nd St., Oak Island; felony identity theft, felony break or enter a motor vehicle, misdemeanor larceny, two counts felony financial card fraud.

Dean Michael Newman, 19, of 9678 River Road, Wilmington; felony breaking and/or entering, felony larceny after breaking/entering.

Terry Joe Osborne Jr., 28, of 10008 Mini Ranch Road, Waxhaw; felony assault serious bodily injury.

George Jonanthon Petron, 18, of 111 NE 30th St., Oak Island; felony possession with intent to manufacture/sell/deliver marijuana, possession drug paraphernalia.

Courtland Keith Rogers, 22, of 209 E. Moore St., Southport; felony obtain property false pretense, misdemeanor larceny, misdemeanor possession stolen goods/property.

Alton Wayne Thomas, 48, of 194 Crabapple Road, Boling Spring Lakes; felony larceny from construction site, misdemeanor injury to real property.
