Calabash Fire Report

During December, the Calabash Fire Department responded to 133 calls: 12 structure fires, two woods/brush fires, four fire alarm activations, four motor vehicle incidents, 98 EMS first-response calls and 13 public service calls. 

 During 2012, the department responded to 1,495 calls: 86 structure fires, 46 fire alarm activations, six vehicle fires, 17 woods/brush fires, 1,160 EMS first-response calls, 83 motor vehicle incidents, one rescue call, one hazmat call and 95 public service calls.
