Calabash OKs legal avenue for Devaun Park clear-cutting

CALABASH—The town has approved taking legal action against developers regarding the clear-cutting of trees in Devaun Park.

Following a closed session to discuss legal matters with town attorney Mark Lewis at its monthly meeting Jan. 10, the town board of commissioners unanimously approved taking legal action for last year’s clear-cutting violation.
