Carolina Shores: Town seeks public opinion regarding gates, medians

CAROLINA SHORES—The town board of commissioners wants to hear from residents about future maintenance and authority over community gates and medians.

The Carolina Shores Property Owners Association recently indicated in a letter to the town it can no longer maintain such properties it believes are owned by the town.

Properties referred to include residential “gate roads,” such as those lining Country Club Drive, as well as medians along several town streets.
