Announcement is made of the forthcoming marriage of Ashton Leigh Chappell and Aaron Josef Stahl, both of Southern Pines. The bride-elect is the daughter of Matt and Candice Chappell of Ash. The prospective groom is the son of Mike and Patricia Stahl of Venice, Fla. The couple met while attending the University of North Carolina in Chapel Hill. A May 17 wedding is planned at the Southport Community Building in Southport.
