Coastal Carolina Marriage Conference

A coalition of Brunswick County churches has come together to bring the 2012 Hearts & Souls Coastal Carolina Marriage Conference, featuring Ron Deal, to Sharon United Methodist Church in Supply, NC, on February 24-25, 2012.

This event is designed to be an encouragement to married and engaged couples in the Carolinas who want to make good marriages better or to enrich marriages facing challenges.  The conference provides an entertaining forum for couples to focus on their marriage for a weekend and to discover God’s plan and design for their marriage.  Ron Deal is a relationship and marriage expert, and also has written several books on successful step-families.  This conference will really speak to people with a variety of different backgrounds.  If you have a blended family, this is a MUST!

The Couple’s Checkup Conference is unique in that each couple will take a confidential online profile to create an assessment of strengths and weaknesses.  Mr. Deal will use the aggregated responses to custom design his discussion for those in attendance.  To learn more about Ron Deal and his ministry, please visit http://www.rondeal.org.

The conference will be a two-day series from 7:00-9:30 pm on Friday evening, February 24, 2012, and from 9:00 am to 12:30 pm on Saturday, February 25, 2012.  Doors open at 6:00 pm Friday, February 24, 2012.  Free Childcare, refreshments, and door prizes will be provided.

Tickets can be purchased online at www.heartsandsouls.org.  There are also a number of free scholarships that are being provided by the sponsoring churches to aid couples who would like to attend, but who are struggling financially.  Tickets are $49/couple.
