Coldwell Banker Sloane Realty honors top employees

Coldwell Banker Sloane Realty recognized the outstanding achievements of its top sales agents for 2007 at its annual Agent Award Dinner on Feb. 19 at Brunswick Plantation.

The company, awarded Coldwell Banker’s President’s Award of Honor, as well as the premier office designation for its Ocean Isle Beach office, was the No. 1 real estate company in Brunswick County in 2007, based on listing market share, pending market share and sold sales volume.

Of 1,231 active Coldwell Banker companies in 2007, Coldwell Banker Sloane Realty ranked 108th nationally; 41st. in the region out of 407 companies; and was ranked in the Top-10 for Total Units Sold out of 47 companies in North Carolina.
