BOLIVIA—Members of the Brunswick County Planning Board approved two rezoning requests at their regular meeting Monday evening.
A request to rezone 13.86 acres on Stone Chimney Road in Supply to low-density residential from its split-zoning designation of low-density residential and rural residential. Board members also approved the associated land-use plan amendment.
Board members also approved a request to rezone 161.93 acres on Old Ocean Highway in Bolivia to rural residential from low-density residential, and the associated land-use plan amendment.
Consideration for a special exception for Sea Shore Heights Major subdivision was tabled. Sea Shore Heights is proposed to include 26 single-family lots on 8.38 acres off Calabash Road.
