Commissioners chose a method to reclassify county jobs and institute pay increases, but the process won’t be finalized until the new fiscal year.
The county hired Evergreen Solutions in July 2012 to review compensation, job classifications, performance evaluations and benefits for all county employees.
The county received Evergreen’s initial recommendations in January and spent the past five months tailoring the plan.
