Oil painting demo set for Jan. 23
Artist Joan Hoyle will present an oil painting demonstration at Sunset River Marketplace art gallery in Calabash from 1-3 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 23, according to gallery owner Ginny Lassiter. The event is free to the public and reservations are not required.
“Last summer, during our 10-year anniversary celebration, we had artist demos throughout the month and our customers loved them,” Lassiter said,  “so we’re going to present more this year. Joan Hoyle is going to kick off 2013 for us.”
