Mardi Gras by the Sea is Feb. 8
The second annual Mardi Gras by the Sea celebration kicks off its two-day event on Friday, Feb. 8, with an artist reception at 5 p.m. at the Oak Island Senior Center, 5819 E. Oak Island Drive on Oak Island.
Artists will also exhibit work at participating stores on Oak Island on Saturday, Feb. 9.
The Grape & Ale, 8521 E. Oak Island Drive, will host a crawfish/shrimp boil from 6-8 p.m. Friday,
Feb. 8, with a live band. Admission is $10 with proceeds to benefit Brunswick Little Theatre.
