Announcement is made of the forthcoming marriage of Elizabeth Jean Cooke of Sunset Beach and Brett Wesley Buff of Murrells Inlet, S.C. The bride-elect is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Lucius L. Cooke of Statesville. She is a graduate of North Iredell High School in Olin, received a B.S. degree in biology from UNC Charlotte, a doctor of optometry degree from Southern College of Optometry in Memphis, Tenn. and is employed as an optometrist at Vision Square Eye Care in Shallotte. The prospective groom is the son of Col. and Mrs. Robert Y. Buff of Sunset Beach. He is a graduate of Robert G.
