County 4-H’ers take project to Southport Elementary

Brunswick County 4-H members Bobbi Jane Lawrence and Owen Bell attended Southport Elementary School’s Nov. 15 PTA meeting and helped facilitate a science-learning experience for other students in attendance.
By using this year’s National Youth Science Day experiment kit, the Eco Bot Challenge, they engaged in a hands-on activity that allowed students to engineer their own robots and control surfaces.
