Crow Creek plays golf for kids

On Sept 3, the third annual Crow Creek charity golf tournament benefiting Communities in Schools of Brunswick County was hosted by the Crow Creek women’s and men’s golf associations.
The event raised $12,000 for CIS, whose primary goal is to provide the services Brunswick County needs to keep kids in school and prepare them for better lives. The success of this event was a direct result of the generosity of many businesses that sponsored golf holes and donated more than 100 prizes for our auctions and raffle.
Contributing to the success of this fundraising tournament was the generosity of the Crow Creek community, who sponsored golf holes, played in the tournament, bought raffle tickets, bought golf passes in the auctions, made donations and assisted in any way possible.
