CAROLINA SHORES—County curbside recycling isn’t a popular option in Carolina Shores.
At the town board of commissioners’ monthly meeting last Thursday, Oct. 4, resident George Mulcahy noted during public comment time response was “so far below the minimum, I don’t know if it’s worth contacting Waste Industries to see about [altering] guidelines.”
Town commissioner Joseph Przywara suggested the town hold off and revisit the issue sometime in the future.
