BOLIVIA—The next stop for District Attorney Jon David’s traffic court program is in Supreme Court.
After a North Carolina Court of Appeals panel denied David’s petition seeking to re-instate his traffic court program, David said he would continue his fight in the North Carolina Supreme Court.
In April, Chief District Judge Jerry Jolly issued a scathing administrative order criticizing David for implementing a new administrative traffic court program, which utilized a driving school program called StreetSafe.
