The following cases were adjudicated over two days of District Criminal Court on Feb. 13 and 18 in Bolivia.

Wednesday, Feb. 13

Judge Marion R. Warren presided over the following cases with prosecutor Erin Holden and courtroom clerk Michelle Warth:

Rudy Burnette Benton, assault on a female, injury to personal property, charges consolidated, Brunswick County Jail 150 days, suspended sentence 24 months, supervised probation 24 months, $500 and costs, restitution, Brunswick County Jail seven days active as set by probation officer, no contact with plaintiff, surrender weapons, no firearms or explosive devices, follow treatment of Evergreen; assault by pointing a gun, voluntarily dismissed.

Shamus Alexander Bland, second-degree trespass, injury to real property, both voluntarily dismissed.

Ricky Dale, misdemeanor larceny per plea agreement, Brunswick County Jail 45 days, suspended sentence 36 months, supervised probation 36 months, $100 and costs, not violate any criminal laws, curfew, take prescribed medications, remit supervisory fees, not assault/threaten/harass family member.

Christopher J. Farmer, assault on a female, voluntarily dismissed per plaintiff.

Janice Marie Fulwood, simple assault, voluntarily dismissed per plaintiff; frivolous and malicious, plaintiff ordered to pay costs.

Steven Ray Hunt, assault on a female, Brunswick County Jail 75 days, suspended sentence 24 months, supervised probation 24 months, costs, Brunswick County Jail five days active with three days credit for time served-pay $51 jail fees, $250 and costs, no contact with plaintiff, not violate any criminal laws.

Karren Marshall, communicating threats, Brunswick County Jail 45 days, suspended sentence 36 months, supervised probation 36 months, $250 and costs, no contact with named individual, no firearms/deadly weapons, Brunswick County Jail 10 days active with 10 days credit for time served-pay $200 jail fees.

Reginald King Wells, assault on a female, simple assault, charges consolidated, Brunswick County Jail 150 days active with 20 days credit for time served, $250 and costs, refused probation.

Monday, Feb. 18

Judge Marion R. Warren presided over the following cases with prosecutor Cathi Radford and courtroom clerk Jennifer Hearn:

Kim Allen, assault with a deadly weapon, assault and battery, both voluntarily dismissed.

Keith W. Augustyniak, DWI, open container after consuming alcohol first, both voluntarily dismissed.

Richard Boothman, resisting public officer, voluntarily dismissed Feb. 14.

David Lee Clemmons, probation violation, probation terminated successfully.

Richard David Coulter, improper vehicle inspection, paid Feb. 14, defendant complied Feb. 18.

Matthew Scott Fisher, fictitious/canceled/revoked registration card/tag, Brunswick County Jail 10 days, suspended sentence 24 months, supervised probation 24 months, $100 and costs.

Steven Paul Freitas, aid and abet impaired driving, voluntarily dismissed.

Tracy Harrison, misdemeanor probation violation out of county, dismissed per monies paid.

Michael J. Isenhar’t, DWI level 5, Brunswick County Jail 60 days, suspended sentence 24 months, unsupervised probation 24 months, $150 and costs, 24 hours community service and fees, substance abuse assessment, not operate motor vehicle until licensed to do so, surrender license, not violate any criminal laws; drive left of center, remit costs.

Jason Isley, misdemeanor larceny, Brunswick County Jail 30 days active with 28 days credit for time served.

Beulah Lee Koeber, speeding 75 in a 60 zone, $25 and costs.

Victor C. Leibraod, no operator’s license, Brunswick County Jail 10 days, suspended sentence 24 months, unsupervised probation 24 months, prayer for judgment continued.

James Munn, communicating threats, voluntarily dismissed; plaintiff to show cause.

Jamie Beverly Murphy, driving while license revoked, fictitious/canceled/revoked registration card/tag, both voluntarily dismissed.

Keith Eric Nordstrom, assault government official/employee, Brunswick County Jail 75 days, suspended sentence 24 months, supervised probation 24 months, $500 and costs, Brunswick County Jail 15 days active as set by probation officer, substance abuse assessment, not violate any criminal laws; possess/display altered/fictitious drivers license, dismissed at close of state’s evidence.

Joshua Pittman, drive/allow motor vehicle no registration, driving while license revoked, both voluntarily dismissed.

Melody Gwen Rangel, speeding 69 in a 55 zone, $25 and costs.

Keith Allen Reynolds, improper vehicle inspection, paid, defendant complied Feb. 15.

Ricky Dale Robbins, probation violation, admits, Brunswick County Jail six months active.

James Robert Sackett, DWI level 5, Brunswick County Jail 45 days active, not operate motor vehicle until licensed to do so, surrender license.

Manuel Sanchez-Lopez, no operator’s license, Brunswick County Jail 10 days, suspended sentence 24 months, unsupervised probation 24 months, $150 and costs, not operate motor vehicle until licensed to do so.

Randall James Sessoms, improper vehicle inspection, paid, defendant complied Feb. 15.

Victoria N. Sharpe, possession marijuana up to one-half ounce, possession drug paraphernalia, both voluntarily dismissed, complied.

Hannah Faith Shawakha, DWI level 5, Brunswick County Jail 60 days, suspended sentence 24 months, unsupervised probation 24 months, $200 and costs, 24 hours community service and fees, substance abuse assessment, not operate motor vehicle until licensed to do so, surrender license, not violate any criminal laws.

Peggy Ann Singletary, first-degree trespass, voluntarily dismissed.

James Hansford Skaggs, driving while license revoked, N.C. Department of Corrections 120 days active; expired/no inspection sticker, voluntarily dismissed.

Dena Annette Sloope, DWI, reckless driving to endanger, both voluntarily dismissed.

Arlene Stillwell, communicating threats, simple assault, harassing pone call, all voluntarily dismissed

Kathy Lynn Sumrall, driving while license revoked, Brunswick County Jail 60 days active with 60 days credit for time served.

Linnie Adam Wynne, improper vehicle inspection, paid, defendant complied Feb. 14.
