Summer barbecues mean ribs, steaks, hamburgers, hot dogs and plenty of baked beans and a variety of salads.
My favorite summer salad is potato salad and everyone has their own special way of making it. Some like using white potatoes, while others like using red or Yukon Gold or even sweet potatoes. Whatever kind of potatoes you use, most contain a combination of onions, celery, peppers and hard-boiled eggs. Where the biggest difference comes in, though, is the seasoning.
