Dolphins smoke Southeastern

SHALLOTTE—Brunswick Community College scored in every conceivable way—from a squeeze play to an out-of-the-park home run—on its way to a 10-0 rout of Southeastern Community College last Wednesday night.

The Dolphins made the last home game of their inaugural season a memorable one.

“We fired up a little bit tonight,” BCC coach Robbie Allen said.

Charlie Gore was the torch, as the Dolphins’ leadoff batter finished just a triple shy of hitting the cycle.
