Jeff and Lori Duncan of Raleigh are the parents of a daughter, Siena Emily Duncan, born at 3:02 p.m. Feb. 15, weighing 8 lbs. 7 oz. and 20-inches in length, at Rex Hospital in Raleigh.

She joins a sister, Madalyn, 2.

Maternal grandparents are Bill and Diane Vaught of Burlington.

Paternal grandparents are John and Emily Duncan of Shallotte.

Great-grandparents are Polly Duncan and Ruth Wooten.
