For ease of use, improving traffic flow, so far Smith Avenue gets an F

Pardon me a moment while I reach into my desk drawer and pull out my trusty red editor’s pen.

I want to use it to mark all over the Smith Avenue extension project.

As a matter of fact, I’d like to give it a giant F—one with lots of circles and a couple of lines beneath it. Actually, I’d like to mark giant red X’s through the whole thing.

No, I’m not a road engineer, and yes, when it comes to areas of expertise I am, quite frankly, speaking out of my comfort zone.
