BOILING SPRING LAKES—In their last home game of the season Friday night, the Cougars lost 45-10 to the East Bladen Eagles. South Brunswick built an early 7-6 lead, but in the last three quarters, with a strong running attack by East, South was outscored 39-3.
The Eagles struck first with a 67-yard touchdown run by Rasheem Keith.
Late in the first quarter, the Cougars took the lead on a 70-yard touchdown catch and run by Damani Johnson from Blaine Tucker. The PAT was good and the Cougars were up 7-6.
