Detour to Farmstead Golf Links
The entrance to Farmstead Golf Links on McLamb Road, Calabash, will be blocked from the west by bridge repair by the North Carolina Department of Transportation. The road will be blocked about one-half mile from the Farmstead entrance. The NCDOT is estimating three to five weeks. They’re planning to have it completed before school starts.
Traffic to the golf course should take Highway 17, turning at the stoplight at Highway 17 and Mineola Road in Little River, S.C. Farmstead is about 3 miles from that intersection in North Carolina, where the road name switches from Mineola to McLamb. For assistance, call the pro shop at (910) 575-7999.
