Grand jury returns indictments

The Brunswick County Grand Jury under the direction of Judge Thomas Lock with prosecutor Rex Gore and courtroom clerk Michelle Warth returned the following indictments during a Superior Court session on April 12:

Desmon Terrell Barnhill, 32, of 805 Queen St., Wilmington; felony possession with intent to manufacture/sell/deliver schedule II controlled substance, two counts felony trafficking opium or heroin.

Brittany Demetra Grady, 19, of 1801 Fayetteville Drive, Durham; felony forgery of instrument, felony uttering forged instrument.

Cromatia Dominic King, 19, of 416 Homestead Drive, Fayetteville; misdemeanor larceny, felony financial card theft.

Frank Ace Murphy, 45, of 1319 South 39th St., Wilmington; felony assault by strangulation, misdemeanor assault on a female.

Anthony James Papillion Jr., 20, of 500 Glenola St., Fayetteville; misdemeanor larceny, felony financial card theft.

Edgar Sepulveda, 47, of 208 Cavenaugh St., Beulaville; misdemeanor sexual battery, felony second-degree sexual offense.

Richard Brandon Tharpe, 27, of 1188 Boat Works Drive, Ocean Isle Beach; three counts misdemeanor assault on a female, two counts felony assault by strangulation.

Bryce Christian Winders, 18, of 5931 Village Drive, Southport; felony receive stolen goods/property.
