Grand jury returns indictments

The Brunswick County Grand Jury under the direction of Judge Ola Lewis with prosecutor Rex Gore and courtroom clerk Michelle Warth returned the following indictments during a Superior Court session on May 3:

Victor Basily, 41, of 9650 Shore Drive Apt. 208, Myrtle Beach, SC; felony trafficking opium/heroin, four counts felony obtain controlled substance by fraud/forgery.

Sherman Aundo Daniels, 53, of 1583 Longwood Road, Ash; felony assault with deadly weapon serious injury.

Tony Terrell Gore, 41, of 379 Little Macedonia Road, Supply; felony possession with intent to manufacture/sell/deliver schedule II controlled substance.

Debbie Lynn Guadagnoli, 44, of 2726 West Beach Drive, Oak Island; felony first-degree burglary.

Brandon Johnson Inman, 21, of 8070 Chinaberry Lane, Leland; felony larceny, felony obtain property false pretense.

Adolfo L. Linares-Gonzalezs, 30, of 157 Wildraven St., Shallotte; six counts felony obtain property false pretense.

James Matthew Long, 46, of Lot 6 Van Galloway, Winnabow; felony breaking and/or entering, felony larceny after breaking/entering.
