Grand jury returns indictments

The Brunswick County Grand Jury under the direction of Judge Ola Lewis with prosecutor Rex Gore and courtroom clerk Michelle Warth returned the following indictments during a Superior Court session on July 19:

Brady Artnel, 40, of 499 Maple Branches Drive, Leland; two counts felony trafficking in marijuana.

Angelo Brown III, 28, of 914 Ricefield Branch Road, Leland; felony possession with intent to manufacture/sell/deliver schedule IV controlled substance, felony possession with intent to manufacture/sell/deliver marijuana, felony maintain vehicle/dwelling/place controlled substance, misdemeanor possession drug paraphernalia.

Audrey Carver, 41, of 1318 Long Bay Court, Shallotte; five counts felony embezzle controlled substance by employee.

Shawn Patrick Clark, 29, of 109 NW 7th St., Oak Island; felony possession schedule I controlled substance, felony possession schedule I controlled substance.

Willie Anderson Dock Jr., 65, of 72-1 Cherry Road, Boiling Spring Lakes; felony possession controlled substance prison/jail premises, felony possession with intent to manufacture/sell/deliver schedule II controlled substance, flee/elude arrest with motor vehicle, misdemeanor possession drug paraphernalia, misdemeanor assault inflict serious injury, misdemeanor assault on a female, felony assault serious bodily injury, felony maintain vehicle/dwelling/place controlled substance, felony conspire sell/deliver cocaine, felony possession of cocaine.

Brian Thomas Greche, 33, of 31 Old Grove St., New Milford, Conn.; felony assault by strangulation.

Gary Jones, 40, of 9041 Townsview Place, Calabash; felony assault by strangulation, misdemeanor assault on a female.

Gary Pantal, 41, of Toboggo Drive, Southport; four counts felony financial card fraud.

David Benjamin Rivenbark, 25, of 201 E. Moore St., Southport; felony alter/steal/destroy criminal evidence, misdemeanor larceny, felony embezzlement-public officers/trustees, felony common law obstruction of justice.

Brian Lee Sarvis, a.k.a. Bryan L. Sarvis, 30, of 432 N. Crestwood, Wilmington; felony habitual impaired driving.

Matthew Lee Shipman, 25, of 311 Ronald Britt Road, Bladenboro; two counts felony larceny by anti-inventory device.
