Grand jury returns indictments

The Brunswick County Superior Court under the direction of the Honorable Judge Ola Lewis with prosecutor Rex Gore and courtroom clerk Michelle Caulk adjudicated the following cases during a superior court grand jury session on Nov. 11:

Joyce Faulk Baggett, 62, of 1882 Ridge Road SW, Ash; felony identity theft, felony unlawfully obtaining credit card, felony financial card fraud, felony accessing computers.
