Grand jury returns indictments

The Brunswick County Superior Court under the direction of the Honorable Judge Ola M. Lewis with prosecutor Jon David and courtroom clerk Michelle Caulk adjudicated the following cases during a superior court grand jury session on May 23:

Allen Lavander Alston, 51, of 4751 Hoods Creeks 13, Leland; felony larceny of motor vehicle.

Armond Terell Beatty, 25, of 9523 Magnolia Drive, Leland; felony possession with intent to manufacture/sell/deliver schedule VI controlled substance, misdemeanor carrying concealed gun.
