Dana Carol Hamilton and James Jodale Hobbs were married Aug. 7 at the Southport Community Center, overlooking the Intracoastal Waterway.
The Rev. J.D. Simmons of Pine Valley Church of God officiated the ceremony.
The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. C.W. Hamilton III of Bolivia and the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. Nichlious Corn II of Burnsville and the late Mr. and Mrs. Clarence Hamilton Jr.
The groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Frederick Hobbs of Pinehurst and grandson of Mr. and Mrs. James Landon Riley Jr. of Carthage and the late Mr. and Mrs. Claiborne Hobbs.
The bride was given in marriage by her parents.
The couple will reside in Supply.
