Brandi Nicole Harrison of Ash and Johnathan Warren Hickman of Supply were married June 28 at Mount Pisgah Baptist Church by the Rev. Richard Hicks.
The bride is the daughter of Regina Bennett of Ash and the late Ross Bennett.
The groom is the son of Kevin and Tracy Hickman of Shallotte Point and Clarice and Kelly Boyd of Castle Hayne.
The bride was given in marriage by her parents and escorted by her father.
The bride wore a white mesh strapless gown by Alfred Angelo with all-over embroidery and beading and a cathedral-length train.
She wore a white, satin, ribbon-edged, double-layer, fingertip-length veil and carried a bouquet of cascading white orchids, roses and stephanotis intertwined with seed pearls.
Matron of honor was Wendy Jordan of Columbia, S.C., the bride’s sister.
Bridesmaids were Asheley Vaughan of Hickory and Kim McLean of Shallotte.
The attendants wore empire waist, full-length, spaghetti strap dresses with white bodices and black satin skirts.
Kevin Hickman served as his son’s best man.
Groomsmen were Ben Brock of Supply and Jeff Fowler of Supply. Ushers were Cameron Bennett of Ash, the bride’s brother; Nicholas Bennett of Myrtle Beach, S.C., the bride’s brother; and Christopher Todd of Ash, the bride’s cousin.
A reception followed in the Shrine Building in Shallotte.
The bride is a graduate of West Brunswick High School and is a stay-at-home mom of the couple’s 10-month-old twins.
The groom is a graduate of West Brunswick High School and is employed by Wayne’s Backhoe Service.
Following a honeymoon cruise to Cozumel, Grand Cayman and Jamaica, the couple lives in Supply.
