The hot days and climbing water temperatures have caused us to move into a summertime fishing pattern a bit quicker than I expected. That means active fish in the early morning and often at night with midday usually being a period of relatively little activity.
Fish will also be almost totally inactive when the tide is at low or full, biting again when the water starts moving rapidly.
