Inspirations Dance Centre participates in Showstopper championships

 Inspirations Dance Centre dancers were awarded “Gold” and “Platinum” ratings for six group dances, two duets and six solos in a recent competition. 

The Extreme Company received a platinum first place and sixth overall for its jazz dance “Aha!” and a platinum first place and fifth overall for its contemporary dance “Slow Me Down.” 

The Elite Company received a gold first place and ninth overall for its jazz dance “Loose Wires” and a gold first place and 12th overall for their lyrical dance “Little Bird.” 

The Protégé Company received a platinum second  place and seventh overall for its lyrical dance “Anymore” and a platinum first place and seventh overall for its jazz dance “Material Girls.” 

Auriella Rosendahl and Savanna Moore won a gold first place and ninth overall junior duet/trio for their duet to “If I Only Had a Brain.” 

Savanna Moore and Casey Rogers received a platinum first place and fourth overall for their senior duet to “Wait It Out.”

Petite soloist Auriella Rosendahl received a platinum second place and ninth overall for her solo “Miss Invisible.” 

Junior soloist Ashley Mitchell received a gold first place and 12th  overall junior soloist for “Raise the Roof.” 

Makayla Cessna won a gold first place and 13th overall for “Small Town.” 

Senior soloist Savanna Moore won a platinum second  place and ninth overall senior soloist for “Enough For Now.” 

Natasha Brown received a gold third place and 16th overall rating for “Dance, Dance, Dance.” 

Casey Rogers received a platinum first place and 10th overall for “My Lullaby.”

Participants Auriella Rosendahl, Leah Davis, Anna Waidlich, Ashleigh Mitchell, Natasha Brown, Savanna Moore, Makayla Cessna and Casey Rogers qualified to compete in the national finals July 4-10 in Myrtle Beach, S.C.
