BOLIVIA— On Friday, July 2, a Brunswick County jury convicted a Tennessee man for driving while impaired.
According to the District Attorney’s Office, a Brunswick County jury convicted William McNabb of operating a golf cart while impaired for a 2008 incident on Bald Head Island.
McNabb, a college student from Tennessee, registered a .20 blood alcohol level on the intoxilyzer, which is more than twice the legal limit.
