Justice for Citizens memorial honors victims’ memories

Remembering and celebrating the lives and memories of those who have died by homicide, domestic violence and drunken driving is the focus Friday night.

The 17th annual Justice for Citizens candlelight service is 7:30 p.m. Friday, Nov. 16, at First Baptist Church, 517 Village Road, in Leland.

The event is open to anyone wanting to celebrate the lives of their loved ones who have been victims.
