Ladies Auxiliary to host kids festival

Ladies Auxiliary to VFW Post 7288 in Calabash will present a Kids Patriotic Festival from 10 a.m.-12:30 p.m. on May 22 at VFW Post 7288, 900 Carter Drive in Calabash.
Events will include learning stations on the National Anthem, the Pledge of Allegiance and the American flag. Children will also have the opportunity to craft projects (hand-held fans and M&M candy pill bottles) that will be delivered to veterans residing in the Fayetteville VA Medical Center.
