The North Carolina Court of Appeals reversed a decision to dismiss a lawsuit filed by the former Ocean Isle Beach airport operator.
The lawsuit Tim Jackson and David Hill, owners of Jackson/Hill Aviation Inc. and Odell Williamson Municipal Airport’s former Fixed Base Operator (FBO), filed against the town of Ocean Isle Beach was dismissed Nov. 2, 2015.
Appellate court Judge Richard Dietz, wrote a judgment Feb. 7, with Chief Judge Linda McGee and Judge John Marsh Tyson in agreement, the case should not have been dismissed.
