Leland crime report

Leland police officers investigated the following incidents and made the following arrests last week, which are taken directly from patrol activity reports:

•Property damage on Hampton Pines Court; suspect cut the power line to victim’s Christmas lights between Dec. 25 and Dec. 29.

•Shoplifting on New Pointe Boulevard; two juvenile suspects were released to their parents’ custody after shoplifting from Walmart.

•Property damage on Egret Nest Circle; suspect kicked dents into the driver’s side door of victim’s vehicle.
