Leland crime report

Leland police officers investigated the following incidents and made the following arrests last week. All information is taken directly from patrol activity reports.

•Pursuant to a traffic stop on U.S. 17, Michael Brian Picarella, 36, of 624 Alexander Court, Riegelwood, was charged with driving while impaired, driving while license revoked, open container, expired inspection and a red light violation.
