Leland man pleads guilty to robbery and firearm charges

Joseph Ryan Anderson, 31, of Leland, pleaded guilty before United States District Judge Terrence W. Boyle to robbery of a business engaged in interstate commerce, in violation of Title 18, United States Code, Section 1951, and possession of a firearm in furtherance of a crime of violence, in violation of Title 18, United States Code, Section 924(c).

A federal grand jury returned a criminal indictment on March 28, 2012.
