Lockwood Folly LGA defeats MGA

The Lockwood Folly Cup was played on Friday at Lockwood Folly Country Club and was cosponsored by the Men’s Golf Association and the Ladies’ Golf Association of Lockwood Folly.
The event had 18 women’s teams, captained by Trish Bernardo, playing 22 men’s teams, captained by Benny Bernardo, for the Lockwood Folly Cup. The teams competed in three formats and the women were victorious 468.5-479.  The women will keep the Lockwood Folly Cup for one year—but more importantly they will hold bragging rights at the club for one year.
