On July 15, I met some of the great people who, during the past 30 years, have made significant contributions to ensure people in Brunswick and surrounding counties have access to quality end-of-life care.

The event, on Lower Cape Fear Hospice’s Wilmington hospice campus, was a celebration of the talent, hard work and dedication of those who have worked tirelessly to turn a vision into a compassionate and supportive foundation for those affected by a life-limiting illness.
