Wakefield Development Company’s Coastal Division has announced Jana Martin as a broker/sales associate for the Kingfish Bay Community in Calabash.

Martin has more than 30 years experience in real estate with numerous designations from the industry, including: CSP, (Certified Sales Professional), GRI (Graduate Realty Institute) and CRS (Certified Residential Specialist). Her career has also included the political arena working in Washington, D.C. on Capitol Hill and in the White House.
The former “1997 Brunswick County Woman of the Year” currently resides in Sunset Beach with sons Michael and Daniel and enjoys kayaking, boating, walking the beaches of Sunset, gardening, reading, mentoring young people and spending time with her family.
