Jennifer McLean of Wilmington and Christopher Bloech of Isle of Palms, S.C., were married June 7 in a ceremony overlooking the Intracoastal Waterway.

The Rev. Eugene Wells, the bride’s uncle, performed the ceremony.

The bride is the daughter of Ron and Catherine McLean of Supply.

The groom is the son of Ken and Susan Bloech of Kennesaw, Ga.

The bride was given in marriage and escorted by her father.

Melissa Hegarty served as matron of honor.

Ringbearer was Christopher McLean, the bride’s nephew.

Best man was Kevin Bloech, brother of the groom.

Usher was Jeremy McLean, brother of the bride.

A reception followed the ceremony at the home of the bride’s parents.

The bride is employed as general sales maager of Next Media Group in Wilmington.

The groom is in the U.S. Coast Guard in Charleston, S.C.

Following a honeymoon trip to Aruba, the couple lives in Wilmington.
