Minor brothers take pair of victories

Colin Minor, of Boiling Spring Lakes, won the shot put and the discus in his first USATF/Junior Olympic Developmental Track and Field Meet at Hoggard High School.

Colin, a sixth-grader at South Brunswick Middle School, competed in the 11-12 age division. He took first place in the discus with a personal best of 80’1”. He also won the shot put with 28’.

Colin’s brother Ryan, a freshman at South Brunswick High School, also won the shot put and discus in his age group.
