The most significant trip to Raleigh yet

For the fourth time since last June, when the first subpoenas were served on the Brunswick County Sheriff’s Office, I will make the trek to the Terry Sanford Federal Courthouse in Raleigh.

This trip should prove to be more eventful than the previous three, because I will actually make it into a courtroom this time around.

During my previous trips I waited outside the courthouse, hoping for a familiar face to walk out of the grand jury room and spill their testimony to me. Of course, it never happened.
