Brunswick County Schools will soon have a new superintendent. What do you think is the most important issue he/she should tackle first?

Well well, I wouldn't even

Well well, I wouldn't even know where to start. For one thing I know the local schools need more funds for various projects that would benefit the students, I hope the new superintendent is a good businessman. I hope someday I'll be a superintendent myself since I have a degree in degree in human services and I also have qualifications for teaching. There are so many things to done in education...

The first issue that should

The first issue that should always have the highest priority is the quality of education. Money matter for this but money are not everything so I think the new superintendent should focus on finding and keeping the best teachers there are on their positions and encourage active learning. I graduate a Brunswick school and now I am on my way on entering one of those online msn programs and now that I look back to all my education years I realize I've come such a long way. Students need a lot of support to succeed so I guess that's an important factor to consider too.
